  • Standard Shipping: Delivery times typically range from 10 to 20 business days after the order processing period is complete. This is an economy service that provides tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the total weight of your order. The final shipping fee will be displayed and charged during the checkout process before you confirm your purchase. Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. FiliNoire is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses. Upon delivery, the package becomes the responsibility of the recipient.

International Orders & Customs
