FiliNoire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the service or products.
Our liability, and the liability of our directors, officers, employees, and affiliates, to you or any third parties is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) one hundred dollars (USD $100).
We do not guarantee that the use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery failures resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control.

Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully.
- Eligibility for Return: Items must be returned unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. Final sale items, personalized items, and undergarments are not eligible for return.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Refund Method: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
